Started with breakfast at JOMA breakfast with Marie Fey Yi and Ebel before an epic journey to Manila via Hanoi and Saigon!

Farewell to Ban Pako

With Rio, Rick and Ebel we went to Ban Pako for a wonderful getaway relaxing lunch.

Ellie visits Luisa for the weekend

As part of the school project, Ellie (the grey elephant from Primary-Prep M) came over for weekend and Luisa had to take care of him. 

She gathered a family of elephants and they all joined in for breakfast on Saturday.

International Day @ VIS - Proudly Mozambican/African

Celebrating the International Day @ VIS is a really fabulous multi-cultural, pan-religion and gastronomical experience! 

Had a blast with the outfit my mother prepared with her collection of African relics: Mozambican flag flip-flop Havaianas; Malgachy Kikoy and profusion of Masai/Kenyan necklaces and bracelettes all in display on my proudly Mozambican/African-self!

I wonder how my new school in Manila will celebrate the UN day! My standards are high, despite being one of the few African's in VIS.

The Boat Race Festival in Vientiane

Mummy Joana and I are enjoying our last moments in Laos until the end so we have decided to participate in the Mekong Boat Race - Mummy will be rowing in the Mekong River Comission (MRC) boat and I will be cheering with my friend Thomas!

Exploring Manila/Makati

September came with great news. We will be moving to a new country/new city. So together with my mummy we decided to take some time and to explore potential schools, houses, in Manila.

It will be great going to a new school with so many other students and having a new house. Bright will enjoy a larger garden and I will rave with the new playground down the road: it has a fabulous monkey-bar!

Parents day @ VIS

Mummy Joana came to visit my class - Primary Prep M (Melinda). I showed her around: PMP; Calendar Math; Reading Corner; Shapes and the Computer Room @ the Library.

Vientiane Sunday Getaway at Ban Thadokan
